What can I expect at an appointment?

When you arrive at our office one of our team members will greet you in the reception area. If you are a new patient you may be asked to fill out some forms. We will make every effort to have you see the doctor or hygienist in a timely manner.

What happens if I am a new patient?

You may be asked to fill out some forms pertaining to your medical history and insurance information and privacy policy.  One of our team members will discuss with you your area of focus or chief concern. After discussing this with the doctor, the doctor may request x-rays. A discussion with the doctor and a thorough examination will then follow. We may request additional examinations and tests to assist and support our diagnosis.

Do you have Imaging facilities?

Yes.

Digital x-rays, 3D oral health scans, panoramic mouth views, intraoral camera.

Do you examine children at your clinic?

Yes.

We examine and clean children’s teeth. Typically children 0-12 years old will be referred to a pediatric dentist if they need treatment. We are happy to care for their basic dental needs.

What happens if I need a prescription?

We may prescribe antibiotics for your condition.  Please let us know in case you have any allergy or other medical condition.

If you have been told in the past that you must take antibiotics prior to dental treatment due to a hip or knee surgery or a heart condition please let us know prior to your appointment.

If you have already been taking drugs prescribed by your home doctor, please bring them with you for clarification or possible drug interactions and correlations with the new condition.

Insurance and Billing

Do you accept my insurance?

Our practice accepts many of the most common dental insurances. We recommend that you contact our office prior to making an appointment to verify that we accept your specific dental plan.

If we do not accept your plan, or if you have no insurance coverage, payment in full is expected for the services rendered that day.

An estimate of consultation fees and costs are available upon request.

Do you have parking facilities?

Yes.

Free Parking is available in the back which is accessible from Morton Street.

Heading north on Charles Street, you will pass our building on the left. Make a LEFT on CHASE St., LEFT on MORTON St. , LEFT into our parking lot behind our building.

Please park in a space labeled DENTIST.
